Mail Clerk / Officer

Well-established industry leader in data/record management and mailroom services and is seeking an experienced mailroom team member. The successful applicant will be servicing locations across the Melbourne CBD and the South Eastern region.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Sorting and batching preparation

* Ensuring that mail is delivered within the set deadlines

* Working within a team environment to deliver client needs

* Operate mail process equipment (such as mail opening and folding equipment)

* Basic record keeping

* Other duties as directed

To be successful for this position, you must:

* Have a car, mobile phone and be willing to travel

* Have impeccable presentation

* Have previous mailroom experience

* Great attention to detail

* Basic computer skills

* Be highly efficient with the ability to work under pressure

* Be flexible to work on a rotating roster

Candidates must provide 100 points of ID (police check prior to commencement is required), and have full Work Rights to work in Australia.
