IPA is now part of the genU Karingal St Laurence

IPA is part of genU Karingal St Laurence, a community based not-for-profit organisation committed to achieving outcomes for people with a disability, those who are aged and people experiencing disadvantage.

We offer organisations a cost-effective, blended workforce solution of professional, skilled and semi-skilled labour-hire using government incentives for employment and training.

We also support organisations in meeting their diversity, inclusion and corporate social responsibility objectives in a way that is truly unique in Australia.

Our staff provide our customers with expert, specialist support in all workforce functions. Our close relationship with several Australian government departments provides insights into labour market trends, forecasts and initiatives, which we share with our customers.

genU operates for community benefit and invests back into the same communities in which we operate, and we love being part of helping disadvantaged people to be the best they can be.

Employment Services Group

Employment Services Group (ESG) was established to meet needs of the new employment services environment with its increased focus on employers. ESG brings together the full suite of recruitment and employment services within the genU in an exciting, innovative model designed to support the federal government’s jobactive and DES contract. This heralds a new era in Employment Services for Australian providers, employers and job seekers.

The jobactive contract demands a modern and proactive approach to delivering employment services, promoting stronger relationships with industry and employers, encouraging more active workforce participation and helping more job seekers move from welfare into meaningful, ongoing work.

ESG operates in 55 locations across NSW, Victoria, WA and the ACT.
