Working for a NFP community based organisation who supports people with disabilities, our client is looking for a Finance Assistant for a temporary assignment to start ASAP for the next 6 - 8 weeks based in the inner Northern suburbs.
Reporting into the Finance and Business Services Manager this role will be to assist with all the administrative and financial aspects of the business. Your main focus in this role will be to look at managing the accounts and working on the general ledger, working through there debtors and creditors and also some reconciliation through trial balance.
To be successful for this role you will require proven experience in the duties of the position mentioned above. You must be computer literate and have advanced skills in excel and have worked with other databases and accounting software's. You must have the ability to work autonomously and be able to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a professional manner and the ability to work on sensitive and confidential information is critical.
