Our client who are industry association specialists experienced at organising exceptional Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conferences on behalf of industry bodies are currently looking for a dynamic Customer Service Agent who has strong phone based sales experience.
You will be required to work on one of their Optical events, as a Customer Service Agent and you will be required to make contact with attendees from last year's event from an existing database and try to encourage the attendee to the event. There will be training provided and you will have a script that you can follow.
To be successful for the role you must have previous experience working in a Customer Service Position where you have been involved in making outbound phone calls. Even though this role is not a cold calling selling position, we do require someone for this position that is very confident over the phone and not afraid to be on the phone call day. You must have excellent communication & time management skills, be able to work towards targets and had a can do attitude.
We are looking for someone that is available to commit for 2 week's work. The working hours would be 9am - 5pm and the client is very close to public transport. The hourly rate for this position is paying $27.23 + Super per hour and we are looking for someone to start on Monday the 17th of June 2019.
