Customer Service/Administration (Contract)

Our client is an Australian family owned business providing medical and laboratory equipment. They have recently become part of a global organisation and have a minimum 3 month contract available to start in November.

Utilising your strong customer service skills, this role provides a variety of functions including customer service, reception and administration.

Duties include:

Customer Service/Reception
* Telephone Answering/Messages
* Refer Customers to appropriate sales or service staff after ascertaining their requirements
* Log customer calls into CRM program
* Filter calls to management & relevant departments
* Welcome visitors, ensure sign in and provide visitor passes, assist with refreshments
* Keep meeting rooms/board room ready for visitors/meetings, etc.
* Attend to and action email enquiries within necessary timeframes

Sales Order Processing
* Review and process customer orders as they are received - equipment & consumables
* Prepare and ensure timely Invoice is completed
* Track, monitor & report on local freight movements to customers
* Process Goods Returns, & associated credits as required
* Meet KPI's & deadlines as outlined

Sales Support
* Quote preparations & respond to pricing queries
* Process and track Goods on Loan

Data Entry
* Maintain current records
* Update as required. All sales & services are recorded within CRM database.

* Start and End of Day duties (including refill printer paper, shredding, mail and other tasks) to be completed daily as
per checklist
* Printing / Binding / Laminated as instructed by manager
* Adhoc tasks as required

Hours: 8.30-5.30pm (1 hr Lunch)
Parking Provided
Base Salary + super
ERP System: NetSuite - PREFERRED

The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume Customer Service/Admin role
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong mult-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent and clear communication skills
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
