Our client, a leader in the aged care industry is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to the join there Recruitment/HR Team for a temporary assignment to start ASAP for 3 months.
Due to the organisation having a large volume of roles to recruit across most of their Victorian Facilities they require an extra person to join their team to assist with the sourcing and selection process of a variety of roles. Part of your key responsibilities will include screening and sourcing candidates for interview from a variety of methods, facilitating one on ones interviews as well as assessment centres and some reference checking.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience conducting interviews and facilitating large assessment centres. You must have had exposure in volume recruiting and being able to work at a fast pace and under pressure from time to time. You will be an effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing with excellent presentation skills. You are a clear thinker with lateral problem solving skills and have the ability to multitask & prioritise. You must be able to work in a team and be an effective team member but at times work autonomously.
This role is located in the prestigious Southbank Location but you will be required to travel to multiple sites within Victoria to conduct interviews. Due to this role requiring travel you must have your own car and a current valid driver's licence - Any travel expenses occurred will be fully reimbursed.
