IPA are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant for our Emerald client.
The role is available to start immediately. The successful applicant will initially be employed by IPA on a labour hire basis, but there is potential for long term engagement within the role.

As Administration Assistant within this business your primary function will be to provide a variety of administrative support to the team and management.
- Provide a high level of office administration support
- Managing appointments and meetings
- Meeting minutes including action items
- Attend regular meetings to discuss priorities and tasks
- Other general administrative support including filing, database management, reports, mail and other projects as required to support the team
We're looking for someone who has demonstrated experience working as a high level Administration Assistant who can work efficiently, confidently and who also has proven decision making capabilities. Experience working in a large organisation would be ideal, but is not essential.
With an advanced level with MS Office Suite experience the successful candidate will, in general, be tech savvy. Confidently utilising the MS Office Suite programs as well as quickly learning internal systems and being able to utilise other technology, video meetings and various tech devices.
The successful applicant will be experienced, professional and very well organised. You will be self-motivated, adaptable to daily change and maintain a high attention to detail.
