About the role
Join a high achieving team, to team lead an established office servicing the Wide Bay region, from Bundaberg. The potential to grow this business is right there, and we are looking for a leader who will engage, and be the difference within this industry. The opportunity is yours to shine, as you grow and learn to manage this business like it were your own. To keep every day different and exciting will be the juggle, of being mentored as you manage your client portfolios to financial controls and budgets. As the business is growing, you will assist your team with recruitment duties, and enhance the companies profile and networking opportunities within the region.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining key accounts and building excellent client relationships
- Implement the regions Business Plan to impress
- New business development and networking
- Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders

You will therefore have excellent communication skills with a strong desire to enhance and market your already successful brand to guarantee financial rewards.
