The Assignment:

We are working with two separate corporate clients who are needing coverage on their front desk over the next four weeks. This role requires a professional and experienced receptionist to take ownership and be responsible for all incoming calls whilst attending to clients that walk through the door. You will also be required to maintain a professional environment whilst ensuring no guest is left unattended.

About you:

This role will let you interact both face to face and over the phone so you're natural ability to multitask will be utilised well within this position. As this is a short term role, you must be available immediately to take on this opportunity.

As a career receptionist you will portray the following skills and qualities to qualify for this assignment;

  • Previous reception experience ideally within the corporate sector
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments
  • A strong work ethic with the flexibility to potentially extend beyond four weeks
