Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their team.
- Min 2 years in mobile/access equipment or equivalent with understanding of construction or mining background knowledge.
- Customer relations and business processes
- Sound product knowledge desirable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Problem solving skills
- Team Player
- You will be reporting to the Parts Manager.
- Receive and action retail parts enquires over the phone, email and counter sales with timekeeping honoured
- Accept parts requisition from internal customers
- Receiving incoming new parts deliveries
- Receive surplus parts from Vans back into the central store
- Stock take Daily/Weekly
- Raise all purchase orders on Great Plains for parts in the central store, vans and on-site containers
- Assist costing of service jobs
- Assist in parts quoting
