IPA are currently recruiting for Chefs for work with our Client across their sites within the Bowen Basin (Moranbah, Middlemount, Nebo, Coppabella & Dysart).

There will be a variety of rosters and shifts available.
The roles we are seeking are for all levels of experience including Executive Chefs, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs & Chefs. Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, or higher.
You will be required to prepare, cook and present high quality food and beverages to agreed menus and operating standards, with a high focus on timeliness and presentation as well as a professional, friendly interaction with guests and staff.
- Experienced in high volume Catering as a qualified Chef
- High standards in food storage and preparation methods
- Working knowledge of current Food Safety Standards, ISO and HACCP.
The successful applicants will be employed with IPA on a labour hire basis.
The pay rate on offer will be discussed at the interview stages.
