Receptionist/Administrator Officer

Our client, a leader in Residential Aged Care homes and independent living is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator for a 4-6 week temp assignment to start ASAP to work at one of their facilities. The hours are 9am - 5pm with a 30 min lunch break. The client is based in the Northern Suburbs, and the hourly rate for the role is 31.25 per hour plus Super.

As the Reception/Administrator Officer you will provide invaluable support to the facility as the first point of contact to the general public and staff. Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Answering the phone and taking messages
  • Greeting visitors to the facility
  • Mail Management
  • Booking appointment and general correspondence
  • Assisting with the rostering system when required
  • General Adhoc duties

To be successful in the role you must worked in a previous Reception or Administration role and have excellent customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as having the ability to work in a team environment and build and maintain positive working relationships. You must be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritie tasks and work under minimal supervision. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft office is required.
