We are current recruiting for a Receptionist to join this organization on an ongoing basis. As the first point of contact you will provide a high quality of customer service, ensuring the reception area is professionally maintained and customers are dealt with in a timely manner.
The following are some key components of the role, but not limited to;
- Answering all incoming calls
- Management of all visitors
- Recording and distributing incoming messages and telephone enquiries
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail, parcels and other deliveries
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
- General administration duties and more.
The Successful Applicant
There are many facets to this role and will require the successful applicant to have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, excellent communication; both written and verbal and above all have excellent personal presentation. In addition you will possess the following;
- Professional work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
- Friendly and courteous manner
