Customer Service Consultant (F/T or P/T)


Australian owned and operated since 1985, this company is in the packaging industry specialising in premium printing packaging in Mentone. They have some very well known and large retail brands/franchises across Australia who they partner with.


They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Member who is passionate about being in a team that deliver the very best in customer service.

Working in a team of x4, some of the duties of the role include:

  • Managing customer service enquiries over the phone or via email
  • Taking and processing incoming sales orders
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to our customers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Computer based tasks such as processing, credits and data entry
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Tracking orders in the system to meet client turnaround times
  • Liaising with the warehouse team
  • Administrative tasks
  • HOURS: EITHER Full Time : 8.30-4.30pm OR Part Time: 8.30am-12.30pm 5 days per week MON - FRI
  • Prior experience in a busy Customer Service Team ideally in packaging (although not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Self-starter with high levels of energy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Should have the skill of versatility; they will have to adapt to many situations regarding the customer
  • Ability to problem solve effectively
  • Experience in using Pronto would be advantageous
