Join a high achieving team, to manage an established Desk, delivering end to end recruitment from our new modern office in Rockhampton. You will be responsible in providing ongoing support and service to a current client and candidate base, delivering end-to-end recruitment.
With Central Queensland at your fingertips, strong client relationships combined with a supportive and resourced team, will see you quickly make your mark and reap the benefits of a very competitive commission structure.
Your days will involve conducting effective client consultations, engaging and sourcing the best candidate, every time.

- Managing and maintaining key accounts and building excellent client relationships
- Sourcing suitable candidates for all recruitment, temporary labour hire and permanent
- Phone screening
- Candidate interviewing
- Reference checks
- Candidate care
- New business development
- Safety management of your clients and employees
- Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders
- General administrative duties
Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential to be considered.
To be successful you will be able to interact with candidates and clients through a consultative approach. You will therefore have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. As a multifaceted role, the ability to learn quickly is essential.
