Conveyancing Clerk

Located in Cairns, our client has a great opportunity to work with their legal team to carry out conveyancing and leasing contracts from beginning to end.

This is a full time permanent role and would suit an individual who has had a number of years experience specializing within property and conveyancing matters within Queensland.

In order to be successful for this role you will need to possess great attention to detail and be meticulous when it comes to dealing with figures. You will be extremely well organized and be able to prioritize your work without the need for supervision. This is a fairly autonomous role and will require the incumbent to use their excellent time management skills to ensure contracts are completed on time.
