Accounts / Customer Service Officer to join their team.
The role requires a fast, achievable resolution of customer queries in a thoughtful empathetic tone which reflects the values of efficiency, flexibility and collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer calls and requests in a timely and professional manner providing quotes, pricing, availability, ETA's, and product information;
- Follow up delivery information, ETA's, short deliveries and provide POD's as required;
- Manage and monitor sales orders to maximise efficiency including backorders;
- Arrange pickups and transfers as required;
- Allocation of corporate debtor payments;
- Debt collection calls and emails for debtors;
- Investigate and process credit claims.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a accounts / customer service role;
- Previous data entry experience;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Superior phone manner;
- Great verbal and written communication;
