Our client in the Northern region of Brisbane are seeking Meat Industry Packers/Process Workers/Machine Operators/Forklift Operators for their facility. Casual to ongoing positions are available for suitable candidates that meet the minimum requirements below:

Packers

• Prior experience working in production line packing or similar pick/packing roles
• Meat works industry experience preferred but not essential

Machine Operators

• Meat works industry experience preferred but not essential
• Transferable machine operating skills

Forklift Operators

• Meat works industry experience preferred but not essential
• Experience driving in cold rooms and freezers preferred but not essential
• Minimum 1-year experience driving forklifts (LF)
• Loading and unloading trucks

All roles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on-call to begin with and transition into ongoing work
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation practices
• Comply with HACCP requirements and Quality Assurance
• Follow safe work policies and procedures
• Have a great work ethic
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual labour
• Available to start IMMEDIATELY and work Monday - Saturday (where required)
• Have own reliable transport
• Triple covid vaccination status or Double with booster booked in
