MENTORING

IPA's D&I division provides personalised support to both candidates
and clients.

We assist your organisation to strengthen cultural acceptance, helping
your teams understanding of other cultures through our inclusion programs.

We achieve this by helping create a safe space for open communication
between management and candidates.

IPA continue to recommend ongoing support for both candidates and hiring
teams as this achieves the best engagement from all parties resulting in a
positive impact on attrition and diversity programs.

TRAINING

Through training and education, IPA helps to build positive cultural
acceptance within your workplace.

We provide candidates that may have otherwise been overlooked, the
opportunity to present with confidence in interview and workplace settings.

Finally we draw from years of experience and from industry and community
expertise to create a tailored and well rounded training program. This program
maximises awareness, engagement and results.

Our training programs can be one-off projects through to ongoing training
and support.

 RECRUITMENT

IPA D&I create permanent recruitment strategies that are linked to
specialised sourcing options – reaching beyond your normal
candidate attraction.

Our programs are driven to create equal opportunity in the workplace
by providing competency based recruitment strategies which are fair,
inclusive and respectful.

We believe there is a place for all people in the workforce.

 CONSULTATION

IPA D&I provide consultation services on how to implement a successful
D&I policy leading to positive changes in workforce participation from
diverse and / or disadvantaged background.

This process supports our clients through the consultation phase, including
introduction, implementation and ultimately success.
