HELPING YOU CREATE A MORE DIVERSE WORKFORCE
The IPA Diversity & Inclusion team can help you create a more diverse workplace by attracting the best talent for your organisation.
We are committed to creating greater employment opportunities for our First Nations People and can present you with fully-assessed, pre-trained and skilled Indigenous Australian candidates.
We do this via our specialised recruitment, education and coaching services, which can also help you meet any diversity and inclusion commitments you may have.

SPECIALISED RECRUITMENT SERVICES
IPA knows that when sourcing skilled Indigenous Australian candidates, a job ad on Seek or LinkedIn will rarely hit the mark. That’s why over the past ten years, IPA has built relationships with leading Indigenous communities and aligned ourselves with strategic partners who are experts in Indigenous affairs.
In addition, our consultants are out in the community and presenting career opportunities to candidates. By using our established networks and leading Aboriginal online and print publications to advertise our career opportunities, we have the ability to source skilled Indigenous Australians in every state capital and within many rural communities.
We have built trust, respect and a reputation for supporting our First Nations People in Australia with our best practice end-to-end recruitment strategies, mentoring and cultural awareness programs.
IPA partners with clients who advocate for Indigenous Australians in their workforce. This includes state and local government, multinational and national organisations as well as local employers who consistently employ skilled Indigenous Australian candidates through IPA.
OUR END-TO-END RECRUITMENT APPROACH
When you partner with IPA for your diversity and inclusion recruitment our team of experienced and passionate consultants will support you every step of the way.
Before we present a short-list of fully-assessed candidates to you, they have already completed our IPA pre mentoring program (as agreed) which introduces them to your organisation and gets them ready for interview and the job.
Once placed, our support extends further to the candidate with our IPA mentoring and coaching program which helps them succeed in their new role.
EDUCATION & COACHING SERVICES
The IPA Indigenous cultural awareness workshop, led by Lindsay Thomas, IPA D&I Recruitment Consultant will help you promote positive working relationships between the Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians in your workforce.
The IPA mentoring and coaching program is designed to assist you with any challenges and opportunities that may arise, and to support the candidate and your team to thrive.
