END-TO-END RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Candidate sourcing
We source, screen and match suitable candidates to your organisation, and create a shortlist. We have over 10 years’ experience sourcing candidates from underrepresented cohorts and have built a network of engaged sourcing partners. Over the years we've built a reputation in the community as a trusted advocate.
2. IPA Pre Mentoring & Coaching Program
We coach our shortlisted candidates and support them to successfully complete the IPA pre mentoring program. This program introduces them to your organisation and prepares them for interview. We design our coaching programs with our clients' industry, role and culture in mind. This ensures we coach the candidates through the recruitment process with confidence and dignity to showcase their true competencies and strengths.
Like traditional recruitment standards, we'll present a shortlist of candidates who have completed selected skills and competency assessments and who match your vacancy.
IPA will present our shortlisted candidates to you for review and interview. For each candidate you'll receive a professional profile that highlights their experience, strengths, areas of development and true assessment of end-to-end capability.
4. IPA Mentoring & Coaching Program
Once placed in your organisation, IPA will continue to provide the successful candidate(s) and hiring manager(s) with support via our specifically-designed and extensive IPA mentoring & coaching program. This helps to ensure their long-term success as well supports retention rates within the first 3-6 months of employment.
